Here is a serious question....for you wedding guys.

Why is it everybody thinks they can shoot a wedding? I certainly wouldnt tackle one....I have no interest in wedding photography, but even if a mate asked me, I wouldnt do it as I have no experience and no idea about wedding photography and would be scared I cocked it up...and I'm a photographer!

Seriously...the variety of exposure and lighting challenges you could face during the course of an average wedding is daunting.

A really good wedding photographer who gets it right every time is easily worth £2000 a day in my opinion.

           Firstly we would like to say a big Thank You to you both for the fantastic and very professional job that you did on our wedding day. Everybody commented on how lovely you both were.

Two minutes before we were due to leave our room to head for the ceremony, it absolutely bucketed it down (again) Can you believe that!

Myself and Matthew would like to say a massive thank you for all you both did on our wedding day you were both fantastic.
We must say a big thank you from all our guests as they felt comfortable and relaxed in your presence and we can agree 100% with their comments.
As you will be aware Myself and Matthew have been back from our honeymoon since 12^th June 2007 as soon as we were back we came to you for our dvd of our wedding photos and now we are approaching 6 months this must be a record. I must say it has been a difficult few months as the photos are mind blowing! We have found it so hard to choose but finally we got there.
All we can say is we cant wait to see the finishing results and definitely recommend you to family and friends for future wedding.

We found the brilliant Debbie of Studio 25 photography at a bridal fair. As soon as we saw some samples of her fantastic work we knew we had found the person who we could trust to capture our special day. Both me and my husband hate having our pictures taken so I am sure we are not the easiest clients she has ever had but Debbie was patient and really put us at ease. When we went for our engagement shoot Debbie really made us feel at home and managed to get just the look we wanted. On the actual day Debbie did a wonderful mix of both reportage and posed pictures. This ensured she caught all the wonderful little detail but we still had a few posed photo’s with everybody on who we wanted, throughout the day Debbie didn’t demand us standing there for hours on end whilst endless photographs were taken. Debbie also really got to the bottom of what we actually wanted so we got all the pictures that we wanted. Her professional and friendly style was a hit with everybody. Lots of people have asked for Debbie’s number to photograph their wedding and also children’s portraits etc. I am more than happy to recommend her to each and every one of them as I know they will not be disappointed. In fact me and Paul have already been discussing Debbie doing our children’s portraits- I will probably have to get pregnant 1^st! I think a job like Debbie’s must be very difficult as you are solely depended upon to immortalise the most important day in your life, no second chances to get it right. It must take a great deal of talent and commitment, can easily say Debbie has this talent and commitment and I wouldn’t have picked anybody else to photograph my day...

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both. We had a fantastic day and so did all our family and friends. Everything went without a hitch until the following day when we realised that some of our presents had gone home with the wrong bride!!! (her dad brought them back to the hotel though later that day).
Debbie, you helped me get through those nerve wracking few minutes before we left the room! The slide show was a brilliant idea, loads of people commented on it-my mum was glued to it for most of the night!! Seeing those first few shots we just can't wait to see the rest. "The photographs are absolutely brilliant and just what we both wanted. I spent the time viewing them in tears and I'm sure my mum and dad were having a sniffle when they looked through them with me!
That's exactly the reaction we'd hoped for - emotion rather than fixed poses and something that gets a reaction when viewed, not just there's another wedding photograph and oh and another! Even the more "formal" ones are relaxed and kind of untidy (in a nice way) - they're all brilliant.
I really like some of the effects that you've done too. Stu said he'd had a long chat with you today, hopefully we'll be able to meet up soon, think we may have to bring some champers and re-live the moments! Was a brilliant day, I want to do it all over again!

Debbie our photographer took us to a fabulous local beauty spot, Whalley Abbey for our photoshoot – which gave us some valuable time alone to enjoy aswell as some fantastic photos.
Also, during the evening reception unbeknown to us, somehow Debbie and Gareth the photographers arranged for us to have a helicopter flight which really was a terrific highlight of an unforgettable day!!!!
